Refund, Return & Exchange Policies

Returns

Our refund policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • In the original packaging

Non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable products

You will need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within up to 24 business days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • Check your bank account first
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time to post
  • Contact your bank if needed

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For other circumstances, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning items.

Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.

Tip: For items over $20, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
